This is expected behavior when ArcGIS/GeoEvent Server is unable to resolve the DNS alias URI provided in WebSocketContextURL parameter.解决办法
Remove the entire WebSocketContextURL from the ArcGIS Server system properties, and save the update. Then, reapply the value and save the update again.重现步骤
