This is an Oracle limitation on ANY extproc config - not just st_shapelib.dll Please see here - https://support.oracle.com/knowledge/Oracle%20Database%20Products/1598247_1.html We cannot do anything about it.解决办法
Set SQLNET.WALLET_OVERRIDE to false or commenting it out.重现步骤
