Use either one of the workflows in creating domains and fields.Note:- In the Domain Properties for Long and Short Integers, the minimum value assigned is 1 and the maximum value is 5.- Other Data types were tested as well. Some receive default values while others do not.a. Float -7.062973E-34b. Double -7.06297291286275E-c. Date 12:00:00 AMd. Blob (No Default Values)- When different workflows are used in creating the domain and fields, special characters and numeric values do not appear on the Default Value column. Below are workflows where the issue did not occur.Workflow A.- Create a geodatabase- Create a feature class- Add fields during the creation of the feature classa. Create field for the following Field type: long, short, text- Go to Feature Class Properties > Subtypes tab > Domains button- Create domains for the following Field types: long, short, text- In the Subtype Field choose the Long Integer field* No Default values- In the Subtype Field choose the Short Integer field* No Default valuesWorkflow B.- Create a geodatabase- Create a feature class- Go to ArcMap and add the empty feature class- Add fields manually: Open Attribute Table > Options > Add Field- Go back to ArcCatalog- Go to Feature Class Properties > Subtypes tab > Domains button- Create domains for the following Field types: long, short, text- In the Subtype Field choose the Long Integer field* No Default values- In the Subtype Field choose the Short Integer field* No Default valuesWorkflow C.- Create a geodatabase- Create a domain in the geodatabase: a.
