Spatial index is not created properly when a SDO_GEOMETRY spatial table stored with Spatial Reference System Identifier (SRIDs) other than 4326 is registered with the geodatabase.

Spatial index and the metadata information (user_sdo_geom_metadata) is required before registering an Oracle spatial table with the geodatabase. Especially when using a non-EPSG code for the coordinate system. For example, 8307 is a non-EPSG code, and 4326 is the EPSG equivalent.重现步骤
