The issue was that the command was being run with angle brackets, as follows: msiexec.exe /x <{A61AD307-865F-429F-B2A3-5618BD333F7E}> /qb解决办法
Run the command with only curly brackets, as follows:
msiexec.exe /x {A61AD307-865F-429F-B2A3-5618BD333F7E} /qb
