解决办法
1) Avoid the Geocode Addresses gp tool and run the geocoding process entirely within ArcMap from Tools > Geocoding menu.2) If using the Geocoding Addresses tool and output to a shapefile, when finished rematching add the spatial indext to the shapefile from ArcCatalog > Properties > Indexes tab.3) Output the results of the Geocode Addresses tool to a feature class in a geodatabase, instead of a shapefile.重现步骤
