Setting the SQLNET.RECV_TIMEOUT parameter equal to any value other than zero in an Oracle 12c non-pluggable database results in error ORA-28575 when running ST_Geometry extproc queries.

Comment out or do not include a SQLNET.RECV_TIMEOUT parameter in the SQLNET.ora file. Alternatively, set the parameter equal to zero which is the default.重现步骤
