漏洞
Setting the polygon, polyline, line, or point hosted feature layer to only allow editing on their attributes and the layer to be a Smart form, the 'Submit Form' option in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app is not available when updating the features in iOS devices.

解决办法
- Do not include the Smart forms in the web map for those layers that only allow editing on attributes.
- Use an Android device.
- Switch the setting of the hosted feature layer to allow editing of Attributes and Geometry while maintaining Smart Form.
