The support for editing related records of non-hosted feature services is in the road map for ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, but is not currently a functionality. This is a known limitation. Refer to the 'What's New?' information to keep tabs on what features are to be implemented in a given release of ArcGIS Online.解决办法
