Service description and metadata for a referenced service is not honored at the REST endpoint when published from a ArcGIS Pro to 10.7.1 highly available ArcGIS Enterprise deployment.

解决办法

1. Navigate to ArcGIS Server Manager for the site that contains the problematic service.
2. Navigate to the Services tab. Click on the specific service > Stop and Restart the service. The issue no longer occurs, and it appears in all machines in the ArcGIS Server site match up.
