This is a known issue. The service area polygons are approximations created from service area lines. The service area lines accurately reflect what can be traversed on the network. For example, in this particular case, the service area lines do not intersect the polygon barriers. The workaround suggested in the issue (erase the polygon barrier from output polygons) is the best approach to accomplish this workflow.解决办法
Use the initial barrier polygon as the Erase Feature in the Erase tool to remove it from service area polygons.重现步骤
