Please change the property "Match without house numbers" to "no" and this issue will go away. Please create a composite locator that contains a "StreetName" locator if you would like to match to addresses without house numbers instead of using this property.

解决办法

While the user can change the minimum candidate score to ~40 to see these results in the Rematch window (or drop the match score to get them automatically matched), this is less than ideal because it makes many less-accurate results appear for other entries that have more reliable results for the dataset as a whole.
