Scrolling down a published ArcGIS StoryMaps app makes the page automatically jump to a section of the app with an embedded third-party application, skipping over other sections in between.

This issue is not reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS StoryMaps. It is also identified that this behavior seemed to occur when the specific third-party app was embedded and not with other third-party applications. If this behavior is consistently observed regardless of which third-party application is embedded, please reach out to Esri Support Services for further investigation.重现步骤
