Running the Generate Pipeline CCTV Features tool (Utility Solutions Tools) returns an empty geometry error when spatial references are mismatched.

解决办法

1. Project the input shapefile to a State Plane Coordinate System (in this instance, State Plane West Virginia North). 
2. Rerun the Generate CCTV Pipe Features tool using the newly projected shapefile as the input feature class, and it runs successfully.
