Safe Software have a different method for dealing with this and EsriReprojector should solve this.
解决办法
"Reprojector: Implicit reprojection prohibited from `LL' (GCS: `No datum, Latitude-Longitude; Degrees -180 to +180') to `EPSG:28992' (GCS: `GCS_Amersfoort') using the ESRI reprojection engine; specify a geotransformation using @Reproject or the ESRIReprojector transformer"Looking further around I found the following:"Unlike FME's reprojection, ESRI reprojection does not automatically do a datum shift, so you must set the transformation name in the ESRIReprojector. The implicit reprojection does not allow setting a transformation, so FME will not allow any ESRI implicit reprojection that requires a datum shift. FME will also not allow an ESRIReprojector reprojection involving a datum shift if the transformation is not specified. This may seem a little heavy-handed, but we are trying to protect the integrity of your data.If you try to use the ESRIReprojector without a transformation specified, in most cases FME will suggest one or more allowable transformations for the required shift in the error message"So your customer needs to add an EsriReprojector transformer into his model, specify the source and destination coordinate systems and the Geometric transformation that is to be used. So this isn't a bug on either side - just an incorrect model.Adding the EsriReprojector should solve the problem.
