Right-clicking and selecting paste does not work when attempting to paste a value into the query builder in the Select By Attributes tool.

This issue is not fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.0 but fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.1. Pasting into some geoprocessing controls is resolved in ArcGIS Pro 3.0 while pasting into others like the Text Editor and Query Builder is resolved in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.解决办法
This option is available when manually creating the query in the SQL view. Alternatively, press the Ctrl and V buttons on the keyboard to paste the value into the query builder.
