Required fields are allowing null values to be submitted in ArcGIS Online if domains have been created for the field in ArcGIS Pro.

The editing experience is working as expected. The reason this does not throw an error is because the default value for that field in the template is a " " . Esri is simply honoring the values in the template. If this functionality is needed, an enhancement can be logged with ArcGIS Pro to allow the publishing of templates without placeholder values included.重现步骤
