Refreshing a map via Refresh discards the changes made while modifying (editing) features if the modify operation does not complete.

解决办法
In ArcGIS Pro, do not use Refresh to refresh the map when in the middle of editing operations. Use the F5 key, zooming, or panning to get a refreshed map.
