解决办法

Create a script to completely remove the service from the portal and republish it as a new service when an error is returned or the vector tile becomes corrupted. As the vector tile service item IDs are needed on their dedicated maps, the URLs from the deleted vector tiles are removed from the maps, and the new URLs are added.
