There were records missing from the SIGTMP.STATE_LINEAGES Table which prevented the Reconcile of specific versions. Renaming the table, then Upgrading the Enterprise Geodatabase, recreated the STATE_LINEAGES table with the missing records and allowed the Reconcile to succeed.重现步骤
