漏洞
Querying map services using the "AND" or "OR" operators from REST fails if the service queried contains a join and uses the ArcGIS Pro runtime. The error massage, "Unable to complete operation" is returned.

The issue is no longer reproducible and fixed in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1.解决办法
- For ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1, publish the services using the ArcMap runtime, as the issue occurs exclusively with map services published with the ArcGIS Pro runtime. Using the ArcMap runtime is not available for ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0 and above.
- Instead of using the ArcMap runtime, set "standardizedQueries" to "false" in the ArcGIS Server Administrator Directory > System > Properties and restart ArcGIS Server. Refer to the documentation for more information.
