漏洞
Querying a layer using the Select Layer By Attribute tool with the clause 'Field contains the text T,' fails and replaces the 'T' text value with a string of numbers representing the current date and time. The system seemingly calls the %T% inline variable when the query is run.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.2.解决办法
There is no direct workaround. The Select Layer By Attributes tool does not display an error but fails to select the attributes.
Modify the search parameters to not use 'T' alone in the 'contains' query.
