Query on the map service layer fails when the 'distinct values' parameter is set to true and the 'record count' parameter is specified for the referenced data from the SQL Server or PostgreSQL.

When pagination parameters (such as returnResultCount and resultOffset) are used in a query request together with returnDistinctValue, the orderBy parameter must include a field from the outFields parameter. This limitation is imposed by certain underlying databases. Therefore, the bug reported for the map service is closed as designed. However, the issue encountered in the ArcGIS Experience Builder app is resolved in newer versions of ArcGIS Enterprise, such as version 11.3 and later.重现步骤
