Queries made in the API Explorer tab of ArcGIS Hub datasets return 1=1 results despite the 'Where' value entered.

Workaround 1: Conduct the query using the REST endpoint

1. Select the APIs drop down menu on the datasets Hub page.
2. Copy the URL for GeoServices.
3. Paste it in a new browser tab.
4. Conduct query from REST.

Workaround 2: Manually edit the Query URL to reflect desired query

1. Copy the Query URL.
2. Paste it into the web URL decoder and decode.
3. Modify the WHERE clause.
4. Copy and paste the modified URL into a new browser tab.
5. Change f=json to f=pjson for easier viewing.
