Copy Raster or Export to Tiff in 9.4 will correct the pyramidsAlso, when using bilinear for the pyramid method, the pyramids are built correctly. However, the nearest neighbor method should also build pyramids with correct black/white display although bilinear in general produces better results for 1 bit data.重现步骤
