Because of potential network issues and storage issues on the server machine, it is suggested to always copy the locators to the server manually and then publish them using a data store.解决办法
1. Create a service definition, and upload the .sd file to the server using the Admin API.2. Publish the uploaded item to the server using the Publishing Tools service at REST.重现步骤
