Publishing an ArcGIS Survey123 form using the ‘Incident Report' template returns a FALSE. The error message when Kubernetes is configured to use a cloud object store. Note: This does not happen if the environment uses a hosted object store. The error message is irrelevant because the survey is actually published and functional. It unnecessarily alarms the user.
