漏洞
Publishing a CSV file using a custom locator shows a normal behaviour. However, publishing an XLS file with the same data as the CSV file, and using the same locators shows a different behavior with inaccurate suggestions after reviewing the data.

This is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise versions 10.9 or newer.解决办法
- Before publishing, use the Esri locator ArcGIS World Geocoding Service.
- Mark the custom locator after publishing and accessing the map.
