Publicly shared ArcGIS GeoBIM apps and projects are unable to be used by the public without a GeoBIM user type extension.

解决办法

To view and interact with various elements of an ArcGIS GeoBIM app or project, signing in to an ArcGIS Online account with the GeoBIM user type extension enabled is required. Signing in to an Autodesk account is also required to view any related documents or tables.
