Tested using Esri Mapping and Charting Solutions (MCS) 10.4.1 Patch3 Build 1082. The product owner for ArcGIS for Aviation, Product Engineer for Esri Production Mapping - Carto, and Tier II MCS Technical Support cannot reproduce this issue.解决办法
