Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer is not able to display multiple label classes when a polygon layer is published as a map image layer from ArcGIS Pro.

Enable multiple labeling inside ArcGIS Pro using the Arcade expression and publishing the map image layer, or use a similar expression inside Map Viewer directly. However, this workaround does not work if the goal is to let end-users have the ability to enable multiple labels as needed.
