解决办法
Convert the GeoJSON file to be encoded in UTF-8. Alternatively, run the GeoJSON file in <a href="http://mapshaper.org" target="_blank">mapshaper.org</a> and export to GeoJSON. Both of these versions successfully publish in ArcGIS Online.重现步骤
