Poor rendering quality of SimpleMarkerSymbol when using a SVG path in the ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript v4.28 app.

解决办法

Use a symbol service to convert the SVG to a CIMSymbol: https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/api-reference/esri-rest-symbolService.html. This is also possible using the CIM Symbol Builder app. See this blog for more information: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/js-api-arcgis/developers/upload-symbols-from-svg-in-the-updated-cim-symbol-builder/. 

Another temporary workaround is to set the outline of the SimpleMarkerSymbol to 'null'. This improves the quality of the symbol.
