Polygon and line feature classes imported into PostgreSQL 10.3+ using the Feature Class to Feature Class tool fail to draw and return the error message, "Failure to access the DBMS server."

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.3 build 14504. A new database and geodatabase are created. 'nas_obm' and 'obcine' feature classes imported from shapefiles can be drawn and queried.解决办法
Do not use Import from ArcCatalog. Use Export from ArcCatalog, or copy and paste data into an enterprise geodatabase.重现步骤
