Permissions granted at the schema level are not honored when permissions are cached during connections to a SQL Server.

解决办法
Change the PERMISSION_CACHE_THRESHOLD in DBTUNE. By default it is 250, but setting this to 0 may alleviate the issue. Setting it to -1 should always encounter the issue, and leaving the default results may go either way.重现步骤
