Performing an export map operation on a map service configured with a dynamic raster workspace fails to produce an output when a different raster file in the dynamic workspace is specified using the dynamicLayers parameter.

This issue is no longer reproducible. Please upgrade to the newest ArcGIS Enterprise release. If the issue occurs, contact Technical Support.解决办法
- Publish the map service from ArcMap instead of ArcGIS Pro.
- Use image services instead of map services.
