Collector Classic for ArcGIS (Android and iOS) is retired and no longer updated. Use the ArcGIS Field Maps app as an alternative to Collector Classic as it combines the functionality of Collector, Explorer, and Tracker. This issue does not apply to ArcGIS Collector.解决办法
Publish two layers with the respective relationship separately as two hosted feature services in ArcGIS Online, and add the hosted feature services to a web map.
