The warning is by design. A minor change in the triangulation is needed, such as the snapping of near coincident points, to avoid the creation of triangles that have near zero area. So, this has nothing to do with metadata or schema. It's the TIN geometry, which is specific to each dataset, that is the problem and explains why some datasets encounter this warning while others don't, even when they have the same schema.
解决办法
Ensure TIN is made from data not in decimal degrees as that is more likely to run into this.
