Offline web maps display unfiltered data in ArcGIS Field Maps when changing the filtered field value to an unfiltered value.

This is working as expected. By default, the sync operation only synchronizes visible features. In this case, the feature is made invisible in the web map through Map Viewer in Portal for ArcGIS or ArcGIS Online, it is not synchronized with the visible features in the offline map area. In order to pick up that change, in general, a new offline map area needs to be downloaded.重现步骤
