解决办法
This crash is caused by a failure to create the DOMDocument40 COM object. This COM object is not part of ESRI, but rather part of MSXML that is installed by Microsoft. You should tell the user that they should install the most up-to-date version of MSXML and see if this fixes their problem.重现步骤
