New feature template cannot be created when a feature class has non-nullable fields in the contingent values groups.

Two things are happening with the feature template: 1. Attributes do not match domain because the Not Nullable Field does not have default value. It is a best practice for fields that are not nullable fields, to have a specified default value. Otherwise the geodatabase provide one which does not match the domain and cause the error notification. 2. Retired Contingent Attribute Value: Creating and updating features with retired contingent values is not restricted or prevented. Users can set attributes using partial matches and show all as indicated in the steps to reproduce.解决办法
