NetCDF raster layer that has a 0-360 longitude disappears from display when animated with a time slider, but only when ArcMap dataframe has GCS longitude between -180 and 180.

解决办法
You will experience this bug, only when: When doing time animation for a netcdf layer that has 0-360 logitude, make sure that ArcMap dataframe coordinate system does not have GCS longitude between -180 and 180. To do that, steps: 1. Right click the dataframe > Expand the “Layer’ folder > expand the folder that contains the netcdf raster layer that has a 0-360 longitude > Select its CR layer > Hit OK. 2. In the TOC, right click the raster layer that has a 0-360 longitude > Zoom to.
