.NET REST does not forward requestProperties as JSON object. Java REST sends an empty JSON object {} in this case.

解决办法
If the SOE will be checking for requestProperties always handle the case where the json can be invalid. Currently since REST contract does not set any requestProperties, the invalid requestProperties sent by .NET REST should be ignored.重现步骤
