As soon as the user changes tool defaults, it is the user's responsibility to ensure what is entered is correct. In the case at hand, the user changed the default output to a different location and failed to complete the data path. The copy tool behaves as designed where it evaluates the data entered and provides the appropriate feedback. The input is a feature class in a geodatabase, the output is a folder, thus the error "Error 000979" is returned. The Copy Tool documentation is updated clarifying the workspace.重现步骤
