The 'Suggest when base address is typed' suggest property requires a feature for the based address in the data that does not have any values in the subaddress fields that are mapped when building the locator as indicated in the help. If the base address feature does not exist, no suggestions are displayed. The address '913 Virginia Beach Blvd' has a feature for the base address and 285 subaddress features, which is why subaddress suggestions are returned for this address.

解决办法

Add a feature that represents the base address for '8208 Atlantic Ave', which is required to return subaddress suggestions when the 'Suggest when base address is typed' property is enabled. There are only subaddress addresses at the address.
