Loading ST_SHAPELIB generated from ArcGIS Dekstop 10.5.1 with the Oracle critical issues and 12.2.0.1 support (OCIS) patch applied fails with the error message, "Fatal: Relocation Error" on Sun Solaris operating system.

This issue is not reproducible in the current release of ArcGIS Desktop (10.7.1).解决办法
