In ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online, stacking labels with feature layers is only supported using Arcade within the new Map Viewer.解决办法
Create a stacked label using the 'Arcade' language. However, in Portal for ArcGIS, the stacked label displays as a single line.
