It is not possible to display feature pop-up attributes if the default layer visibility properties is not on visible on the web map, after making it visible from the Info Summary widget . After toggling the layer visibity from the Info Summary widget, it is necessary to refresh the map (with a pan for example) to enable the pop-up on this layer.
