The issue is non-reproducible.

解决办法

Take the ArcMap parcel polygon feature class and join it to the ArcGIS Pro polygons using the original ObjectID field that is preserved during the upgrade. Then calculate the ArcMap parcel subtype values into the ArcGIS Pro parcel subtype field.
