Issue #2 - When using the Iterate Feature Selection in Model Builder to select origin features and create a value in which to use in a expression to select destination features from a second feature class, if there is no matching feature in the destination feature class, the following error occurs: "ERROR 030024: Solve returned a failure. 解决办法

Remove the inline variable from the Origin-Destination (OD) cost matrix layer name. The Make OD Cost Matrix tool does not need to be run each iteration. The user can create the OD Cost Matrix at the beginning of the model with the correct settings, and the same layer can be reused in each iteration without any problems. Add Locations removes the existing data in the layer (as long as Append to Existing Locations is unchecked) and adds new locations each time, and Solve just solves the layer. As long as Add Locations and Solve reference the OD Cost Matrix layer without %Value% in the name, it works fine. This method makes for a cleaner model overall that runs faster and saves memory.
